If you have always wished you knew more about Christian beliefs, this is your chance! Everyone who is interested--men, women, boys, and girls (suggested age of 14 and up), is welcome to attend. Every week, each person who attends will be given a handout we will read together (don't worry, you won't be asked to read out loud). The handout will contain excerpts from classic books, sermons, etc., selected on the topic of our morning's discussion.

Right now we are learning about "knowing God," using the book with that title by the late, Dr. J. I. Packer. This book is a true classic--one of the most influential Christian books of the 20th century, selling well over 1,000,000 copies. (Click here to read more about this book.) We will be reading through Knowing God and exploring other works helpful for this topic. So you may want to get a copy of that book and read it on your own. There aren't many books written in the entire history of Christianity that come as highly recommended as this one by Dr. Packer! However, you don't need to have this book to join our discussions.
